Spiny Lobster

From tropical and subtropical waters of the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and Gulf of Mexico. The Caribbean spiny lobster, Panulirus argus, lacks the front claws of the Atlantic lobster and is sold mainly for it’s tail meat. The meat is firm, mild and sweet. When cooked it is firm and white with a bit of red tinge.
