An extremely flavourful lobster. The European lobster is similar and closely related to the Atlantic and can grow as large as 6 kg. Live European lobsters are blue and only turn red when cooked. Like the Atlantic it has 2 large claws filled with edible meat. The body is also mostly consumable.
