Wild & Farmed Oysters

Oysters are a healthy source of omega-3 fatty acids. The Canadian oyster can keep up to 6 weeks in a cold storage compared to the European oyster which can be kept for only a few days out of the water. Oysters can be eaten raw or cooked.
