Sustainably farmed in Atlantic Canada, the Atlantic salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Once abundant, their wild population has be devastated by industrialization and dam construction. They are now exclusively farm-raised. Their distinctive pink meat can be enjoy in multiple ways including, steaks, fillets and whole fish. They are excellent grilled, baked or steamed.
